About Me....
My name is Fauve Thorpe, originally from Essex but now loving life in Birmingham, West Midlands.
Having recently studied 'hair and media make up' at degree level at University College Birmingham I have found my passion for creating body art.
The images shown on this website have all been created for my 'Final Major Project' for my BA Hons course. The images all have a common theme, fairy tales, however as you will notice they all have a little twist, some more sinister than others.
All of the written words have been written by myself, writing poetry is a way of me expressing how I feel. I have enoyed linking both my body art and words together in this project.
I love working as part of a creative team and feel that my passion contributes to making my work come to life.
I have worked with many photographers and models throughout this project and have developed in my own style.
